...It seems that I acquired a potted plant this morning. Although, from the looks of it, everyone received one.

I'm uncertain if this plant is a trap planted by the scientists, since they're the only ones with the resources to do something like this. Letting it grow can prove to be dangerous...

[A small sigh is heard]

There's still the possibility that something useful will grow out of it though...

W-well, I plan on taking care of it myself. Master should be able to tell if it's growing anything dangerous before it's too late.

I'll let you know if it's anything to be worried about.

For a plant, the water doesn't need to be pure drinking water... but it shouldn't have any pollutants in it, either.

I wouldn't say trust, but I think a plant shouldn't be too dangerous, as long as you don't eat it.

The chip seems to be a way to control I can understand that, though... perhaps those with special abilities find it more inconvenient than I would.
