[Well, he's not going to have any of that. The soldier quickly reacts to grab the wand out of Draco's hand]

[yeah, grabbing it with your hand is a bad idea. No sooner than Kresnik starts forward, Draco gives it a vague flick of his wrist, trapping Kresnik with a Full Body Bind curse.]
