A calming tea could help, a warm bath... not that those are easy to do here....

There are exercises and meditations that could help, though at home when I wanted something to help I would ask an alchemist.... Perhaps the doctors here might know of something that could help?

A fog of likely supernatural origin.

It had a variety of bizarre effects, although it was in the end harmless; only person was...hurt in the incident.

Still there were strange marking and a large drop in monster activity. When the fog receded back...we had something of an undead invasion.

They attacked the hospital...a few managed to get into other places. They were fended off.
