20th Detonator [Video]
[The feed shows a young teenager standing there with a scowl on his face. His arms are crossed and covering part of the blue name tag that is on his clothes]
Hey scientists, I know you're listening to this!
[He tries glaring at the screen, but it's not really threatening]
I don't know where you put me at, but you better not harm Yulie while I'm here! She's my precious little sister, so I'll refuse to take that bitter medicine if you make her cry!
[With one final glare, Kresnik moves to turn off the communicator]
[ooc: This is Kresnik from the White Orphanage. He's a lot more open with his emotions than his older self and is very concerned about his baby sister. Also, he's not really talking to the Discedo scientists, but is referring to the ones in the orphanage.]

[He avoids the punch with a snicker, barely moving.] That the best you can do? I mean, you are a beginner but c'mon! A jelly could do it better!
[Three guesses what his instructor was like.]
[COMMENTLOG]
[COMMENTLOG]
[That one misses by a mile too and he dances back on his feet, smirking; he has his arms behind his head, too.]
Nope! Maybe you could hit a tree, but you won't get to hit me for another million years!
[COMMENTLOG]
Maybe if you stood still! [Ignoring how lame he sounded, Kresnik runs towards him and throws another punch]
[COMMENTLOG]
[He bends backwards to avoid and then darts down and up -- his fist taps the underside of Kresnik's chin.]
Way too slow! C'mon, I know you're a human, but try harder!
[COMMENTLOG]
[COMMENTLOG]
[Oooh, that one actually fluttered his hair. Close enough! He hops back and nods once.]
I think you're gettin' the hang of it. Sorta. Wanna try a monster?
They're slower than me, so they're not that hard.
[COMMENTLOG]
A monster? [Stares] Are you sure about that?
[COMMENTLOG]
[Have a smirk.] What, you scared? We'll start little -- most of these can't kill you in one shot, anyway, unless you're really bad.
[COMMENTLOG]
No, I can do it! [He must do it...]
[COMMENTLOG] pick a minor monster? idk
[Thattaboy. Nora's just going to keep going with this crash course in... something. Hitting things? This kid should not be allowed to teach.]
So follow me an' keep your eyes peeled! We're gonna find a target!
[COMMENTLOG] Uhh, a Prinny? or ReDead?
A-alright. [He looks around and readies his fists, only feeling somewhat ridiculous]
[COMMENTLOG] too lazy to Prinny, so ReDead it is
[He won't need it in a couple of days, but in the meantime, there are a few shuffling forms coming up the street.]
... Haven't seen those before, but they don't look too tough! Let's get 'em.
[FULL SPEED AHEAD towards the ReDeads, you better keep up, boyo.]
[COMMENTLOG]
I haven't seen them before either... [Then again, he has been locked up in the orphanage for such a long time] Wha- right now?
[He soon follows a few seconds later, not wanting to be left behind]
[COMMENTLOG]
Told you you can't wait when you fight! Go go go!
[And with that he sends a ReDead flying with a kick -- he could use his spear, but might as well make it fair! Besides these are slow and boring and don't seem that exciting anyway.
Until they start screaming, that is.]
[COMMENTLOG]
[COMMENTLOG]
[Well, at least you've got guts! Nora, by some miracle, happened to be dropkicking one of the ReDeads in question when the wailing started -- he manages to complete the kick and then get his hands over his ears, moving sluggishly and mouthing something quickly at Kresnik.
--Then he shakes his head, turns and unplugs his ear long enough to clothesline Kresnik and drag him very clumsily and very slowly out of range.
Now to wait for the effects to wear off; the other couple of ReDeads have fallen back and don't seem to be aggressive, shuffling off to the side.]
[COMMENTLOG]
...Ow...
[COMMENTLOG]
[He's panting, but looking mostly unconcerned as he pokes you to start moving again.]
I didn't know they did that! Guess you have to take 'em all out before they start, heh. Maybe we need to start with something else.
[COMMENTLOG]
Do you always fight the first thing that you see?
[COMMENTLOG]
[Checks back on the ReDeads, which have... shuffled off. Gee, don't you feel like a big bad when screaming zombies ignore your attacks.]
Not always, but most of the stuff here doesn't do that. [He shrugs.] C'mon! There's plenty other stuff that's easier.
[COMMENTLOG]
A-alright, if you say so. [He doesn't want to disappoint his "mentor"]
[COMMENTLOG]
[Don't push your luck and bring the Lavos down on us, man.]
[He leads the way down the street again, turning a more discerning eye on their surroundings this time -- they'll go with a monster he knows better next.] That was pretty good, though! We got a few hits in an' you didn't run away or anything.
[COMMENTLOG]
Of course I wouldn't run away, I'm not scared or anything!
[COMMENTLOG]
Well, good! Keep an eye out--
[He stops talking for a moment, eyes widening and head whipping around. Did he just see what he thinks he saw?]
Hell yeah! C'mon, hurry up! We gotta catch that!
[Annnnd he's off like a shot.]
